This Privacy Policy explains how Level 10 Consulting, Inc. ("Level 10," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website at level10now.com (the "Site") and our services. It also explains how we handle personal information on behalf of the organizations that engage us.

1. Information We Collect

• Information you give us directly — such as your name, email, organization, and any details you include when you email us or book a walkthrough.
• Scheduling data — when you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the information needed to arrange the meeting.
• Site usage data — basic technical information such as browser type, device, and pages viewed, collected through standard web and analytics tools.
• Client-provided data — when an organization engages us, it may provide contact and giving information about its donors, supporters, alumni, or volunteers so we can perform the services. We process this data on behalf of that organization (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, provide and improve our services, deliver campaigns our clients authorize, meet legal and contractual obligations, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Text Messages and Calls

Our services may involve sending text messages and placing or receiving calls on behalf of client organizations. Where we contact individuals on a client's behalf, that outreach is conducted under the client's authority and consent. Recipients can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and may reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any donation or purchase.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

• Service providers (subprocessors) who help us operate — for example, hosting, analytics, messaging/telephony, and scheduling providers — under agreements that limit their use of the information;
• The relevant client organization, for data we process on its behalf; and
• Authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Data We Process for Clients

For donor, supporter, alumni, and volunteer data that a client provides, the client is the controller of that data and Level 10 acts as a service provider/processor. We use that data only to deliver the agreed services, handle it according to our agreement with the client, and return or delete it on request or at the end of the engagement, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Residents of California, Nevada, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights. To make a request, email dan@level10now.com. If your request concerns data we process for a client organization, we will refer it to that organization.

8. Cookies and Analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are directed to organizations and their representatives, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
