Where we contact individuals on a client's behalf, that outreach is conducted under the client's authority and consent. Recipients can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and may reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any donation or purchase.

For donor, supporter, alumni, and volunteer data that a client provides, the client is the controller of that data and Level 10 acts as a service provider/processor. We use that data only to deliver the agreed services, handle it according to our agreement with the client, and return or delete it on request or at the end of the engagement, subject to legal retention requirements.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
